Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my subscriber limit?
You'll receive a notification when you reach 80% and 95% of your limit. If you exceed your limit, your newsletters will still be delivered, but we'll encourage you to upgrade to the next tier.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Our free plan has no time limit. You can use the free plan for as long as you need before deciding to upgrade to a paid plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. For annual enterprise plans, we can also accommodate bank transfers.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not completely satisfied, contact our support team within 14 days of payment for a full refund.
